Refund policy

All pieces are made to order. Standard designs in the offered sizes and metals are eligible for exchange only. Please request your exchange within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Delivery

Shipping is complimentary within the United States. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for delivery to your door, including production and shipping.

Custom orders

Personalized or specially altered designs are considered custom pieces. These are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

How to request an exchange

Email vpilarfinejewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the piece you would like to exchange. Please contact us before sending your jewelry back.

Return shipping

V.PILAR covers return shipping for approved exchanges. We will provide shipping instructions when your exchange is approved.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can help. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
